On mechanism of hydrogen interaction with surface of A2B6 type compounds
Description
Results of investigations into hydrogen adsorption on zinc and cadmium chalcogenide surface using different methods are generalized. Here sufficient attention is paid to clarifying the most probable active adsorption centers
