Recovery of the rotational symmetry in calculations of nuclear deformation energy
Description
Correction to the deformation energy due to an account of the rotational symmery of the nuclear wave function is renormalized according to the shell-correction method. It is shown that one may neglect the violation of the rotational symmery in calculations of stationary characteristics of the deformation energy (positions of the extrema for the deformation energy, heights of the fission barriers)
