Solid phase composition influence on phase and isotopic equilibrium in the hydrogen - ZrV2-xNix system

Description
The effect of nickel on the properties of the intermetallic compounds ZrV2-xNix (x = 0.1 - 0.3) was investigated. The phase and isotopic equilibriums in the range of 273 - 323 K were studied. The pressure of hydride(deuteride)-formation is increased, and the capacity by hydrogen is decreased was ascertained during increase of nickel content in the initial intermetallic compound. The separation coefficients for the α- and δ-phases were obtained. It is shown that the increasing nickel content in the intermetallic compound influences insignificantly on the separation coefficient in the researched temperature range
Abstract (Russian)
Исследовалось влияние никеля на свойства интерметаллических соединений ZrV2-xNix (x = 0.1 - 0.3). Изучены фазовое и изотопное равновесия в диапазоне температур 273 - 323 K. Найдено, что при увеличении содержания никеля в исходном интерметаллическом соединении давление гидридо(дейтеридо)-образования увеличивается, а емкость по водороду уменьшается. Получены коэффициенты разделения для α- и δ-фаз. Показано, что увеличение содержания никеля в данном интерметаллическом соединении незначительно влияет на коэффициенты разделения в исследованном диапазоне температурFiles
