Description
A methodology for the treatment of internal uranium contamination has been developed. The assumption of departure is that it is possible that an organic molecule chelates uranium in vivo and eliminates it by natural channels. This methodology consists of beforehand identify the chemical (complexing) and biological characteristics (stability, toxicity...) required to the molecule to succeed in eliminating the uranium of a living organism. These characteristics, determined by the study of two families of complexing molecules, calixarenes and tripods, led to the establishment of a specification. Parallelly, a study in molecular modeling, in uranyl ion complexing, made it possible to carry out a first sorting of molecules likely to incorporate uranium. (author)
Abstract (French)
(auteur)Files
