Ordinance on radioactive drugs or drugs treated with ionizing rays (AMRadV)

The ordinance relates to the rules governing the marketing permit (approval) for, and prohibition of, radiosterilized and radioactive drugs (section 1 respectively section 2) according to section 7, subsection 1, of the Drugs Act. It applies also to dental filling materials and artificial denture materials. Excluded are finished drugs. (HP)

Abstract (German)

Die Verordnung betrifft die Verkehrsfaehigkeit (Zulassung) und Verkehrsverbot strahlensterilisierter und radioaktiver Arzneimittel (Para. 1 bzw. Para. 2) nach Para. 7 Absatz 1 Arzneimittelgesetz. Sie gilt auch fuer zahnaerztliche Fuellungswerkstoffe und Zahnersatz. Ausnahmen sind Fertigarzneimittel. (HP)
