Spin reorientation phenomena in (R1-xR'x)2Co14B (R = La, R' = Dy and Ho)

Description
The variations of magnetization with temperature in (La1-xR'x)2Co14B (R' = Dy and Ho) have been measured to determine spin reorientation temperature TSR of these compounds. The phase diagrams of spin arrangement thus obtained indicate monotonous increase in TSR with R' concentration x. Also, TSR's of R2Co14B(R = Tb, Dy and Ho) are found to vary linearly with the Stevens factor α of R. (orig.)
