Description
A shortened version of a report prepared by a working party of experts from the International Union of the Electric Power Producers and Distributors and from the Commission of the European Communities for the Fast Reactor Coordinating Committee is presented. The results of studies on the introduction of fast reactors into the European Community are presented. The effects on the demand for natural uranium are illustrated. The current state of development of fast reactor fuel reprocessing is examined. (U.K.)
