On the epsilon symmetry of epsilon-Ln2S3

Description
By sulfidizing of one and a half r.e.e. oxides by sulfocarbonic method E-phases of Tm, Yb, Lu were obtained. Monocrystals Yb2S3 were growed from KI melt. Lattice parameters were determined for these compounds. It is found, that E- Yb2S3 is crystallizing in hexagonal singony with noncentrosymmetrical space group
