Description
A new large-N/sub c/ selection rule governing meson-baryon scattering is established in the context of one-boson exchange. This I/sub t/ = J/sub t/ rule is equivalent to the model-independent linear relations among partial-wave amplitudes that are known to emerge from the Skyrme model
