This paper gives the discussion for the basic problems on the localization of the digitization instrumentation and control systems in the nuclear power plant briefly. By this discussion, the problems which should be noticed are demonstrated, and through analyzing the key the problems focus on, the suggestions are provided here, which could show the way how to localize the digitization instrumentation and control systems.
