Magnetic nuclear resonance spectrometer
Description
Between the specimen and the decoupling coil of the spectrometer an evacuated casing is arranged which is permeable to the electric field generated. The superconducting magnet is cooled by He. In order to reduce the noise of the nuclear resonance spectra caused by ion collisions, a foil consisting of borosilicate glass fiber material is introduced into the vacuum casing (hetero-nuclear high-power decoupling experiments with Varian XL 200). Zwischen der Probe und der Entkoppelungsspule des Spektrometers ist eine evakuierte Huelle angeordnet, die fuer das erzeugte elektrische Feld durchlaessig ist. He wird zur Kuehlung des supraleitenden Magneten verwendet. Um das Rauschen der Kernresonanzspektren, das durch Ionenkollisionen entsteht, zu verringern, wird in die Vakuumhuelle Borsilicat-Glasfaserfolie eingebracht (Heteronukleare Hochleistungs-Entkopplungsexperimente mit Varian XL-200).
