Description
We present a disk fragment migration case in the posterior epidural space, with sign homogeneous gadolinium enhancement such an expansive process. We argue about possible fisiopathologic mechanisms that can justify this rare presentation and we analyze the differential diagnosis with other types of pathology. (Author) 10 refs
