Double-Regge boundary condition for limiting fragmentation

Description

By comparing the single- and double-Regge limits applied by Mueller to inclusive limiting distributions, it is inferred that, in general, inclusive distributions will have dips in the central region. The shape, depth, width, and observability of such dips is discussed.
