Problems arising during the construction of small Water Power Stations
Description
Today, under market economy conditions and liberated from initiative restrictions, Bulgarians demonstrate extremely big activity in construction of small, private Hydro Power Stations. It appears that only availability of means and desire for HPS construction is not sufficient. Information about many issues is necessary, especially for availability and features of potentially energetic locations and either their work load or their utilization till this moment. (author)
