Description
A one-dimensional transient hydrodynamic model is formulated for vapor-liquid annular-mist flows in channels containing bundles of heated rods. The laws governing the heat-transfer crisis (burnout) associated with drying of the liquid film blanketing the surface of the rods in such channels are investigated
