But the most important difficulty the understanding of high Tc's seems to concern not only the superconductivity but equally the mechanism of the conductivity itself. Indeed, the resistivity of these oxides above the critical temperature varies linearly, which is a characteristic of the metallic conductivity. This conductivity is attributable to the valence electrons of the copper which are also in these oxides the conduction electrons. The study of one cooper and oxygen valence properties leads to suppose that the conduction electrons are localized. This paper is pursued as follows: the study of the dissipation of the electrical energy by soft collisions of the conduction electrons upon the disordered atoms will show us that the classical relationship of the conductivity holds. The calculation of the collision time as a function of P will give us the resistivity as a function of P. The resistivity as a function of T is then obtained taking into account the variation of U with T. The comparison with the experimental results obtained with the new superconductors will allow us to appreciate the role of U as a statistical variable with respect to T
