Measuring of film temperature conductivity by laser read out technique. HTSC YBa2Cu3O7-x film within the temperature range of 90 to 300 K
Description
Method for measuring the amplitude and phase of temperature oscillations propagating over the sample surface is developed. Measurements of parameters of temperature waves propagating over the surface of HTSC-film are made at two points which are at a distance of 200 μm from each other. Results of measuring the temperature conductivity of HTSC YBa2Cu3O7-x film are presented. The experimental data testing to the fact the temperature conductivity of the films investigated within 95-300 K temperature range is characterized by a positive temperature coefficient
