Analysis of the 4He(γ,2p2n) reaction mechanism

Description

A correlation analysis of obtained experimental data for energy spectra, spectra of relative energy and the distributions of THETAsub(psub(1)psub(2)) angle between escape directions of two protons emitted in the 4He(γ, 2p, 2n) reaction for gamma quanta energies Esub(γ)=30-150 MeV was performed. It was attempted to single out a dominating interaction mechanism in a finite state (FSI). The performed calculations testify to the benefit of a quasi-deuteron mechanism of gamma quanta absorption with the subsequent contribution of FSI of all nucleons. The experimental data on the THETAsub(psub(1)p;ub(2)) distribution show weak criticality with respect to FSI mechanism selection. However a certain trend in the increase of aigle THETA sub(psub(1)psub(2)) medium value with the Esub(γ) growth is observed
