Supersymmetric BPHZ renormalization. I

Description
After having introduced a supersymmetric way of performing the BPHZ subtraction the Slavnov identity together with gauge invariance for the case of extended QED is proved using the Becchi-Rouet-Stora method. This model is worked out in view of a possible generalization to non-Abelian cases. (Auth.)
