Deformation and recrystallization structure and electric properties of extruded (Sb, Bi)2Te3

Description
The effect of extrusion deformation on the properties of the (Sb,Bi)2Te3 alloys has been studied. Specimens were annealed at 460 deg C. The microstructure, thermo-electro-motive force coefficient and electric conductivity were measured. It has been found that the variations of the electric properties of the specimen in the extrusion process are governed by the structural changes caused by deformation and by their stability in annealing
