Radiation detector
Description
The radiation detector comprises a network of detection electrodes on the face of a semiconducting crystal connected to an amplifier. Two capacitors are formed on each electrode of the network by interposition of a dielectric plated with two conducting surfaces. From one electrode to the other there is a linear increase correlatively to the linear decrease of the capacity of the two series of capacitors formed on each electrode
