Search of optimum conditions of titanium nitride coating by deposition from gaseous phase

Description
Optimal technological parameters of the process of titanium nitride coating preparation by deposition from gaseous phase, are determined. Mathematical programming of the experiment is used, optimization is conducted by the method of ''accidental search''. Investigation results of the coating structure and its physico-mechanical characteristics (strength, ductility) are presented
