Calculations of electron-nuclear cascade characteristics at E0 approximately 1013 eV

Description
Calculations of artificial gamma-quanta families are made by the Monte Carlo method with certain assumptions as to their generation mechanism. The calculation results for the case of validity of Feinman's scaling are in good agreement with experiment at proton energies of E0 approximately 1013 eV
