Progresses of electron momentum spectroscopy and its applications
Description
Electron momentum spectroscopy will become one of the main methods of new generation for studying structure of matter. It possesses special virtues as it is used to the study of atomic and molecular structure and the optical, electronic and magnetic properties of solid film. The experimental and theoretical works for it have been gone ahead for many years in the developed countries, and the excellent results have been obtained. Many physicists and chemists predict that electron momentum spectroscopy will get more progresses in the next decade and its results will be applied to some scientific fields. This study in China has also got good progresses. The elemental principle of electron momentum spectroscopy, its experimental and theoretical methods, existed progresses and applications have been described shortly
