Numerical regulation of a test facility of materials for PWR
Description
The installation aims at testing materials used in nuclear power plants; tests consists in simulations of a design basis accident (failure of a primary circuit of a PWR type reactor) for a qualification of these materials. A description of the test installation, of the thermodynamic control, and of the control system is presented. The organisation of the software is then given: description of the sequence chaining monitor, operation, list and function of the programs. The analog information processing is also presented (data transmission). A real-time microcomputer and clock are used for this work. The microprocessor is the 6800 of MOTOROLA. The microcomputer used has been built around the MC 6800; its structure is described. The data acquisition include an analog data acquisition system and a numerical data acquisition system. Laboratory and on-site tests are finally presented

L'installation a pour but de soumettre divers materiels utilises dans les Centrales Nucleaires, a des essais simulant les conditions thermodynamiques d'un accident de reference (Rupture d'un circuit primaire sur reacteur PWR) pour donner une qualification a ces materiels. On presente une description de l'installation d'essais, du systeme de commande et de la regulation thermodynamique. Ensuite, on presente l'organisation du logiciel: description du moniteur d'enchainement des sequences, fonctionnement, liste et fonction des programmes. On presente aussi le traitement des informations analogiques (cheminement des informations). On utilise une horloge et un microcalculateur a temps reel. Le microprocesseur choisi est le 6800 de MOTOROLA. Le microcalculateur utilise a ete bati autour du MC 6800; on decrit sa structure. L'acquisition des donnees se compose de systeme d'acquisition de donnees analogique et de systeme d'acquisition de donnees numerique.
