The completeness of nuclear level schemes

Description

A new fitting method was developed to determine the completeness of nuclear level schemes. The method was used to fit 641 nuclei with constant temperature model with temperature being a function of the mass number. The obtained temperatures are compared with those determined from Gilbert-Cameron fits. The advantage of the method is that it can be used for nuclei for which level densities at neutron binding energies are not known. (author)
