Description
The determination results of roentgen and picnometric density of fluorite-like solid solutions in ZrO2-HfO2-CaO system are presented. Roentgen and pictometric density of fluorite-like solid solutions of ZrO2-HfO2-CaO system is determined. It is shown, that for solid solutions in three-component system, as well as for solid solutions in limiting systems at zirconium and hafnium ions inovalent substitution, the lattice electroneutrality is kept due to anion vacancies formation. Equations for regression lines are estimated, correlation coefficients are calculated and it is shown, that these equations describe linear dependence of density, LETC (linear expansion temperature coefficient), melting temperature on introducing additions concentration
