Recent photometry of AR Lacertae

  • 1. Florida Univ., Gainesville (USA). Rosemary Hill Observatory

Description

The detailed study of the variations of the period of AR Lac binary is made difficult by the period of almost exactly two days. Thus the present study is a cooperative effort by observatories in widely-different longitudes. The geographical locations of these observatories are given in a table with the telescopes used and the number of observations obtained. During the 1980/81 observing season, complete coverage was achieved and an excellent light curve was obtained. (Auth.)
