Description
This article reviews work on collision cross-section of ato-ic oxygen with slow electrons, which is an important parameter for the study of ionosphere. Both theoretical and experimental studies have been considered. The theoretical study comprises theoretically and experimentally calculated collision cross-sections of atomic oxygen with low energy (few eV) ionospheric electrons. (author). 5 figs., 74 refs
