Pole model for n + d ->3H + γ at threshold
Description
The reaction n + d → 3H + γ is analysed at threshold. Only radiation from external legs is considered. The virtual d* is treated as a bound state, thereby giving rise to an important magnetic contribution. The nd → 3H and nd* → 3H vertex functions are approximated by sums of pole terms. A comparison with experimental data and other theoretical analyses is made. (author)
