Common cause failure and unavailability analysis of the McGuire Unit 2 Auxiliary Feedwater System
Description
This report documents the results of a qualitative common cause failure analysis (CCFA) of the Auxiliary Feedwater System of the McGuire Nuclear Station Unit 2 owned by Duke Power Company. The purpose of the analysis is to demonstrate the utility of a CCFA technique developed by EG and G Idaho. The unavailability of the AFWS was also calculated
