Description
A Compton camera consisting of two position sensitive germanium detectors is proposed for multi-tracer technique. Its principle is briefly introduced and the various factors that affect its spatial resolution are discussed. The efficiency and spatial resolution of the proposed Compton camera for a point source emitting different energy gamma-rays from different positions are calculated by Monte Carlo simulations. An Experiment is performed to measure the positions of three point sources simultaneously by using two existing segmented germanium detectors. The feasibility of the proposed Compton camera for multi-tracer is demonstrated
