Uranium organometallic complexes: synthesis of 'f' metal - 'd' metal hetero-bimetallic assemblies
Description
This work aims at the synthesis and the physicochemical study of hetero-nuclear complexes containing a metal f (uranium) and an electronically rich d metal. Two types of bifunctional ligands are used to assemble the two metals: anionic cyclopentadienyl-phosphino ligands and alkoxy-phosphine ligands. Several access routes to uranium phosphino-cyclopentadienyl compounds and uranium alkoxy-phosphine are exploited from tetraethyl-amido U (NEt2) 4, and alkyl derivatives Cp*2U(Cl)(R), Cp*2UR2 and Cp3U(R ). The uranium 'metallo-phosphines' obtained react with the complexes of molybdenum and ruthenium to give polynuclear assemblies. Structural information is essentially obtained by the systematic examination of the characteristics in NMR 1H and 31p. (author)

Ce travail a pour objet la synthese et l'etude physicochimique de complexes heteronucleaires contenant un metal f (uranium) et un metal d electroniquement riche. Deux types de ligands bifonctionnels sont utilises pour assembler les deux metaux: les ligands anioniques cyclopentadienylphosphino et les ligands alkoxyphosphine. Plusieurs voies d'acces aux composes phosphinocyclopentadienyle d'uranium et aux alkoxyphosphine d'uranium sont exploitees a partir du tetraethylamido U(NEt2)4, et des derives alkyles Cp*2U(Cl)(R), Cp*2UR2 et Cp3U(R). Les 'metallophosphines' d'uranium obtenues reagissent avec les complexes du molybdene et du ruthenium pour donner des assemblages polynucleaires: cis-(C5H4PPh2)2U(NEt2)2Mo(CO)4; cis-[Cp*2UCl(OCH2PPh2)]2Mo(CO)4; cis-Cp*2U(OCH2PPh2)2Mo(CO)4; cis-[Cp3UOCH2PPh2]2Mo(CO)4; CpRuH[Cp3UOPPh2]2; Cp*2UCl(OPPh2)Mo(CO)5; cis-Cp*2U(OPPh2)2Mo(CO)4; trans-[Cp3UOPPh2]2Mo(CO)4.
