Sum rules for spin-dependent electroproduction - test of relativistic constituent quarks
Description
An infinite set of approximate sum rules, reducing two kinematically independent structure functions to a single one, are proposed. They are derived by a combination of general short-distance analysis and arguments about matrix elements. The later arguments are shown to be consistent with other theoretical expectations for the structure functions. (Auth.)
