Particularities of ethylene copolymerization with acrylonitrile on Al(C2H5)2Cl + VO(OC2H5)3 catalytic system

Description

Some features of ethylene copolymerization with acrylonitrile complex with diethylaluminium-chloride on the system Al(C2H5)2Cl+VO(OC2H5)3 are discussed. The dependences on temperature, concentrations of the added acrylonitrile complex and three-ethoxyvanadate, as well as on the mole ratio Al:V are considered. The optimum conditions of ethylene-acrylonitrile copolymerization are shown to be as follows: temperature - 30 deg C, concentration VO(OC2H5)3-0.75 g/l, Al:V=5:1-10:1. The process duration is 45-60 min
