Description
A very simple method is proposed for calculating the radial matrix elements and the oscillator strengths for non-hydrogenic atoms in the Coulomb approximation. The method is valid for all cases of interest and in particular for transitions involving high Rydberg states for which previous methods cannot be applied. (author)
