Dy3+ luminescence in varied surrounding

Description
Basic factors having on effect on ratio of intensities of yellow to blue band Y/B in Dy3+ ion are discussed. Intensities of yellow and blue Dy3+ radiations were demonstrated to be linearly powered depending on temperature and just totally extinguished at 350 deg C. But their Y/B ratio remained equal 2.1 and was independent of temperature
