Description

The device comprises a transfer carriage moving vertically on a frame and an equipment moving horizontally on the frame in a parallel direction with slots of plates. This equipment comprises a table with elements which allow to receive and to center a plate, and, elements allowing to retain a jig in successive predetermined positions for which the slots of the plates carried by the jig face the passage of the plate carried by the moving equipment. The device can be used to assemble grid plates of nuclear fuel assemblies

Abstract (French)

Le dispositif comprend un chariot deplacable verticalement sur un chassis et un equipage deplacable horizontalement sur le chassis parallelement a des fentes des plaquettes. Cet equipage comprend une table munie de moyens de reception et de centrage d'une plaquette et des moyens permettant de retenir un cadre formant gabarit dans une des positions successives predeterminees pour lesquelles les fentes des plaquettes portees par le cadre font face au trajet de la plaquette portee par l'equipage mobile. Le dispositf est notamment utilisable pour assembler les plaquettes de grilles d'assemblages de combustible nucleaire
