Description

At present, the simultaneous determination of TBP, DBP and MBP in the field of nuclear industry has been a problem to be overcame. DBP boiling point and decomposition temperature are 135 ∼ 138 ℃, in the gasification occurred before the decomposition occurs. In addition, MBP is more difficult to vaporize because it contains two polar hydroxyl groups. Therefore, DBP and MBP must be converted to low boiling point stabilizing compounds by appropriate derivatization reagents. In order to meet the specific requirements of simultaneous determination of TBP, DBP and MBP, the temperature of the inlet, the temperature of the detector, the temperature of the column and the control of the temperature of the detector were investigated. (Temperature gradient), carrier gas type and carrier gas flow rate, stationary phase (suitable column), column diameter, column length, inlet type and inlet flow rate were used to establish suitable analytical method.
