The nano-doped film superconductor in the lead base

  • 1. Inst. Yadernoj Fiziki, Almaty (Kazakhstan)

Description

In the work the nano-sized doped metals under magnetron coverings formation was applied. The examination of binary film systems formed from short-period layers on the lead base with bismuth concentration up to 40.6 at.% and antimony concentration up to 16 at.% was carried out. In the lead doped bismuth coverings the presence of solid solutions of bismuth in the lead up to 20 at.% Bi is revealed. Beginning of 23 at. % Bi the Pb7Bi3 intermetallide appearance is noticed. During the magnetron formation of Pb-Bi the Pb7Bi3 intermetallide direct synthesis has been carrying out. Determination of superconductive properties of lead-antimony covering is shown, that the critical current density depends on impurity concentration and reaches the maximal value 860 kA/cm2 at the antimony concentration 11.6 at.% with keeping of the constant value of critical temperature 6.69 K
