Description
In 32 proved hilar type lung cancer, diagnostic accuracy of vascular invasion on angiography and CT findings was compared to operative finding. Diagnostic accuracy was different each other corresponding to areas of tumor invasion, such as pulmonary artery, pulmonary vein, left atrium, and SVC. In conclusion, as CT or angiography has diagnostic weak point respectively, these modalities should be combined adequately corresponding to the areas of tumor invasion. (author)
