Phase diagram of As2Se3-NdSe system

By the methods of physicochemical analysis cross section As2Se3-NdSe of ternary system Nd-As-Se has been investigated. Crystallization ability of the glasses is studies. Phase diagram of system As2Se3-NdSe is plotted. On the basis of initial components solubility regions, reaching 1.5 mol. % on the basis of As2Se3 and 3 mol. % on the basis of NdSe, are detected
