Dielectric properties of solid solutions on the base of PbSc1/2Sb1/2O3 antiferroelectric material

Description
The results of dielectric measurements in a wide frequency range have been used to find that solid solution samples on the basis of PbSc1/2Sb1/2O3 have blurred phase transitions. The Curie-Weiss law is performed for different compositions in the temperature range 10-150 K above Curie point. The change of value and sign of the difference between Curie and Curie-Weiss temperatures is connected with the change of phase transition blurring degree
