Reactor-laser systems and neptunium pulsed reactor

Description
The operation experience of the nuclear pumped optical quantum amplifier (NPOQA) pilot model with ignition pulsed reactor BARS-6 on 235U is analyzed in the paper. It is shown that application of such a reactor would increase 10-20 times energy and power of a pumping pulse in NPOQA pilot model

В работе анализируется опыт эксплуатации демонстрационного образца оптического квантового усилителя с ядерной накачкой (ОКУЯН) с запальным импульсным реактором из 235U Барс-6. Показано, что применение такого реактора позволило бы в 10-20 раз повысить энергию и мощность импульса накачки в лазерном блоке демонстрационного образца ОКУЯНAdditional details
