Highlights: • The study cohort improved over time in multiple clinical audit parameters. • The Improvements are associated with higher screen reading volume. • Test sets focused on radiologists who have less experience might be needed. • The link between clinical improvements and test sets should be further investigated. To investigate if positive changes in the clinical performance of radiologists are associated with reading mammographic test sets.
