Features of dynamics of LiNbO3 monocrystal structure by 7 Li NMR data
Description
Experiments on studying 7 Li NMR in congruent pure LiNbO3 monocrystals at 293 < T < 445 K were conducted. The obtained results can be explained by almost twofold change of the coefficient of temperature displacement of Li+ ions with respect to the upper oxygen layer αLi in temperature region about 324 K. Li+ ions are displaced to the side of the lower oxygen plane in accordance with αLi sign with temperature growth. This corresponds with standard mechanism of LiNbO3 transition to para-phase. 6 refs., 2 figs
