Owner's Commission Surveillance in Nuclear Power EPC mode
Description
The nuclear safety regulation demands that the owner should develop the quality surveillance to verily the development and the effectively of the Quality Assurance (QA) program. In the EPC mode, the owner developed a series of commission surveillance for the Fangjiashan nuclear power project, made some improvement on the conditions of the project, and controlled the commission quality effectively.
