Ultrasonic testing of pipeline facing

Description
Two methods for the ultrasonic testing of facing of inner pipeline strafes by means of reflected signal from opposite surface and multiple echo-signal are briefly described. For the permanent ultrasonic defectoscopy along the length of pipeline defectoscope capable to transfer lengthwise of pipeline is developed. Works on increasing reliability of the applied procedure of small diameter pipeline facing control are also performed

Кратко описаны два метода технологии УЗИ-контроля облицовки внутренней поверхности трубопровода, использующие отраженный сигнал от противоположной поверхности и многократный эхо-сигнал. Для непрерывной УЗИ-дефектоскопии по длине трубопровода разработан дефектоскоп, способный перемещаться вдоль трубопровода.
