Electron energy distribution function and interaction of electrons with molecules of silicomethane in a glow discharge
- 1. Institute of Petrochemical Synthesis, Academy of Sciences of the USSR
Description
Results are presented from the electron energy distribution function in a discharge in silicomethane on the basis of numerical solution of the Boltzmann equation. The distributions obtained are used to calculate level coefficients for the rates of inelastic processes in relation to the parameter E/N. A determination was also made of the fractions of electron energy spent on exciting vibration levels and dissociation and ionization of silicomethane molecules
