Description
A perturbative approach to the problem of quantized Schroedinger and Klein-Gordon fields interacting through the Chew-Low derivative coupling is presented. Despite the lack of relativistic inVariance, a consistent renormalization program is elaborated. The model exhibits a Ward identity related to the fact the rest energy of the Schroedinger particle is arbitrary, and a Callan-Symanzik equation whose β-function happens to be negative in the lowest order
